David Banks qualified as a solicitor in 1985. With over 25 years experience dealing with family and criminal cases he is well known in the courts and respected by solicitors, barristers, Judges, and other professionals. Most importantly he is trusted by his clients to deal with their affairs in an efficient and professional manner with the ultimate goal of achieving the best possible outcome in their cases.

Initial Free Interview
We offer a free initial interview to discuss with our clients their case and to assess their eligibility for public funding (previously called Legal Aid). We have contracts with the Legal Services Commission to provide legal aid in areas of crime and family law. For those clients who are not eligible for legal aid we offer reasonable private funded charging rates with facilities for payment of costs by instalments in appropriate cases. At the outset of the case we will give clients an estimate of costs and will provide regular costs updates.
We are family law specialists being being members of the Family Law Panel.
We are criminal law specialists being members of the Court Duty Solicitor Scheme and the Police Station 24 Hour Call Out Scheme.
We have contracts with the Legal Services Commission to provide legal aid in areas of crime and family law.
